About

I’m a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Sprinklr in Gurugram, where I’ve worked since 2022. For the last four years I’ve built distributed, high-throughput production systems: a multi-LLM router handling 1M+ requests a day, agentic copilots built on DAG workflows and multiple agents, an LLM-as-judge framework, and an AutoML platform.

I studied Computer Science at Delhi Technological University and co-authored a survey of deep image inpainting methods published by IEEE.

I grew up in Almora, in the Kumaon hills, and I climb mountains when I can. The best way to reach me is email, or see my CV.

Timeline

2022 – present

  • Agentic copilots at Sprinklr

Lead ML Engineer. Building DeepAgents-based copilots that turn social signals, engagement metrics and brand context into insights and content ideas, and a DAG-based dashboard copilot across 200+ analytics sources.

    DeepAgents, function calling, LLM-as-judge

  • Unified multi-LLM router

Designed and built one service in front of Azure, OpenAI, Gemini and in-house models for HTTP and Kafka workloads: 1M+ requests a day at 99.9% uptime, $100K+ a year saved through usage telemetry.

    Python, Kafka, Azure OpenAI, Gemini

  • ML platform and infrastructure

Contributed to an internal AutoML platform (100+ training requests a day), designed a distributed rate limiting SDK, built an HTTP + gRPC proxy that centralised MongoDB access, and saved $10K a month with GPU time slicing.

    Redis, Lua, MongoDB, gRPC, Kubernetes

  • Mentoring

Mentored interns and junior engineers, growing to two or three at a time.

Q3 FY24

  • Manager’s Spotlight Award

For the reliability and robustness of core ML services at Sprinklr.
